How to make a UGC creator media kit

Updated 27 August 2026

A UGC creator media kit is one page that says who you are, what you deliver, in which languages and at what price with rights. It is not an 18-slide rooftop PDF. If a brand cannot quote you in two minutes, the kit does not work.

What it is for (and what it is not)

The kit answers “can you send some info?”. The portfolio shows the craft; the kit puts price, dates and languages. If you have no jobs yet, keep it short: three pieces, a range and one niche line.

It does not exist to “look like an agency”. A made-up logo and a “monthly reach” figure you cannot prove subtract. UGC is bought as a file, not as vanity.

One page, this order

PDF or Notion. If it will not open on a phone, do not send it.

  • Name, city, languages, whether you appear on camera.
  • Three to six portfolio links, closest to the brief first.
  • Formats you do deliver: unboxing, testimonial, tutorial, hook pack.
  • How you work: formats, dates and that on HICARI the brief shows the fee.
  • Typical dates and one revision round.
  • Email or platform profile. No loose “link in bio”.

Rates in the kit: no fog

Write the use, not an empty “from X”. On HICARI you do not quote blind: the brief shows the fee. Off-platform, name the deliverable and the rights before the number. The rates page explains the mechanism without an income figure.

Metrics: only if they are yours and useful

If you shoot file-only UGC, followers are not the product. If you offer whitelist, then yes: real reach, not “estimated impressions”. No cropped screenshots from a peak month.

What to cut

  • Lifestyle photos that are not the take.
  • A 12-minute reel.
  • Lines about “value content” and a “loyal community”.
  • Logos of brands that did not hire you.
  • Type that does not read on a phone.

How to send it

Subject with the format: “UGC media kit · unboxing and ads · ES/EN”. Three lines in the body, the link, then silence. If they do not reply, do not resend every two days. Change brand.

A one-page template (copy it)

Name and city. Languages. Face yes/no. Three links. Formats you deliver. How you work (on HICARI the brief shows the fee). Typical date. Email. That is the kit. Everything else can wait year one.

Keep it on a link that does not expire. An 18 MB WeTransfer PDF gets lost. Notion or your own page is enough. Update the first link when you have a better take, not every Sunday.

[Name] · [city] · ES/EN · on camera: yes
Portfolio: [1] [2] [3]
I deliver: unboxing, testimonial, 4-hook pack
On HICARI: the brief shows the fee (one year of paid and unlimited organic already sit in it)
Timing: 7 days from product arrival · 1 round

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a media kit if I already have HICARI?

A platform profile covers part of it. The kit still helps with direct email and agencies that ask for a PDF.

Can I make it in Canva?

Yes, if it fits on one page and stays light. Your own landing page also works. You do not need After Effects.

Do I include brand testimonials?

Only real ones, with permission. One short line beats five invented stars.
